6. Costs and Charges
Standard messaging rates from the Client’s mobile carrier may apply for receiving SMS messages. The Provider is not responsible for any charges incurred by the Client from their mobile carrier.

The Provider will make reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and reliability of the SMS Service. However, the Provider is not liable for any disruptions, interruptions, or delays in the Service that are beyond its control.
8. Termination
The Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend the SMS Service to the Client at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Provider may modify or update these terms and conditions at its discretion. It is the Client’s responsibility to periodically review this Agreement for any changes.
By providing your consent to receive SMS messages from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
